“Highly Commended” for Boca de la Mina Promenade in Reus at the WAF – World Architecture Festival 2023 Awards
Albert Gil, Helena Salvadó, Joan Batlle, Mario Súñer, and Clàudia Amías, members of the Batlleiroig team, traveled to Singapore to present the finalist projects at the WAF – World Architecture Festival 2023 awards. Paseo de la Boca de la Mina Promenade in Reus received a “Highly Commended” Special Mention in the “Landscape of the Year” category.
Additionally, the team collected the WAFX prize awarded to the eco-district laMercedes in the “Re-use” category on July 17, 2023.
→ The World Architecture Festival 2023 took place from November 29 to December 1 at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. This annual architecture event brings together more than 2,000 architects from 60 different countries and grants international recognition to architectural projects. Its primary objective is to promote and disseminate architectural excellence on a global scale.
