Un proyecto organizado en dos volúmenes

The project as a whole houses 29 dwellings of different typologies organized in two volumes (12 dwellings in the block with access from Sant Gervasi and 17 dwellings in the block with access from República Argentina).

The two blocks share three floors below ground level that occupy the entire plot. One of them is for storage rooms, a telecommunications room and a community space, while the other two are for parking with 38 parking spaces. Access to the parking lot is via Sant Gervasi street, taking advantage of the lowest point of the site.

The vertical communication cores of both blocks are attached to the interior facade, leaving the facades facing the street free.

The main facades are resolved with ventilated facade, an option that seeks to give a unique image to the building while responding to the functionality, sunlight, and urban scale.
