AN ASYMMETRIC TOWER, WHITE AND WITH VIEWS

A tower with a ground floor and 14 stories high with a total of 62 homes. The volumetric organization of the building that is set back in height, makes possible the location of 5 floors per landing on the lower floors, with 2 and 3 bedrooms, and the location of 4 floors per landing on the upper floors, where the houses are located. larger, with 4 bedrooms, which will also enjoy privileged views of the city and Montjuïc. The tower has 3 homogeneous and opaque faces and a lighter façade with terraces set back in height. The location of the central core and the stairs marks a recess in the west façade that clearly determines the asymmetric position of the tower. The terraced façade is oriented to the east, Barcelona, and Montjuïc. The other 3 more solid facades have perforations in the form of vertical holes, which contribute to give a more slender image to the building. These facades are made of large-format extruded ceramic and combine three different colors.

A LANDSCAPED ENVIRONMENT

All floors have large terraces. The living rooms of most 3 and 4 bedroom flats are located in the corner, thus enjoying cross ventilation and more glass area and with views.

The tower is located in a landscaped environment. On the ground floor, we find commercial premises and the entrance hall to the houses, which is accessed through a communal green area. On the top floor of the tower, there is a communal solarium terrace with an infinity pool and abundant vegetation.

A SUSTAINABLE BUILDING

The building has been designed under sustainability and energy-saving parameters such as the improvement of its thermal envelope with the incorporation of a ventilated façade system, greater thermal and acoustic insulation, carpentry with thermal bridge breakage, and the use of low-emission glass.

Highly efficient air conditioning systems are incorporated, combined with a centralized DHW production system with solar panels, as well as dual-flow ventilation systems and LED lighting. The building has obtained the BREEAM Sustainable Construction certificate, as well as a energy rating A.
