A sustainable project integrated into the landscape

The Infinitum dwellings are surrounded by vegetation and organized in a flexible, integrated way and adapting to the various topographies.

The multi-family dwellings enjoy views of the sea and the Mediterranean pine forest of the complex, forming several communities with their own pool and another on the seafront with exclusive pools.

It has obtained the BREEAM sustainability certificate with the Very Good category, placing it among the only 10 promotions with this category in Catalonia and 50 in all of Spain.

Great topographic adaptation

The preservation of the environment and the nature that surrounds the dwellings implies an internalization of sustainability as a design principle. The dwellings will promote passive and active architectural strategies, which favor the self-sufficiency of the complex.

Through the promotion of Mediterranean pine groves and shrubs and the implantation of community gardens, the conservation and revitalization of existing forests is promoted.

All homes are designed with terraces and with a great topographic adaptation, so that they have little impact on the landscape and have quality visuals.

Mediterranean environment and life

The buildings sit in a Mediterranean landscape and their ground floors are related to the pine forest and its surroundings. The buildings and urbanization are designed with warm colors and harmonious materials such as ceramics for greater integration.

In this way, the project composes a homogeneous landscape from unitary solutions using a diverse materiality within a harmonic composition. The landscaped environment designed by batlleiroig manages to create an atmosphere of Mediterranean life.

Different types of housing for different users

The Infinitum residential complex is organized in an exclusive enclosure with comprehensive community services in relation to a unique and quality landscape environment.

Each building community and each block offers different types of 2/3 and 4 bedroom homes with a garden on the ground floor or large terraces in their penthouses, thus offering different solutions for each user.

The interiors of the houses are of high quality and each type orients its noblest rooms to the best views, where they offer a spectacular view from their large terraces and ground floors.
