MÁLAGA GARDENS
The area is located inside the block bounded by the streets Nicaragua, Berlin, Numancia and Josep Tarradellas avenue. This block is larger than the standard Eixample blocks. It was originally crossed in the middle by the old Robrenyo street: its layout, however, has been integrated into the Málaga gardens, a green area that occupies part of the interior of the island and is open on Nicaragua street.
THE CREATION OF A NEW EDUCATIONAL FACILITY
The proposal consists of the maintenance of the existing green area and the creation of a new educational facility, a kindergarten, El Fil, in the area of the gardens closest to Berlin Street. A part of the current private land of the plot will be transferred to compensate for the loss of the green area in favor of the facility.
A part of these new green area soils can be used underground as common access for the parking basements of the private land and for possible public parking under the gardens of Malaga. Finally, the proposal is completed with the qualification of a small strip of road seven meters wide that would make a common entrance ramp to these parking lots.
