GAVÀ HOLDS UNTIL THE END OF FEBRUARY THE EXHIBITION “GAVÀ INSIDE THE GREEN METROPOLIS”
Friday 9th February, Gavà opened the exhibition “Gavà inside the Green Metropolis”, curated by Enric Batlle. It is a look at the metropolitan open spaces that explores the challenges that arise when it comes to making a metropolis more accessible, healthier and more habitable.
The inauguration of the exhibition was attended by the mayor of Gavà, Raquel Sánchez, and the manager of the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona, Ramon Torra, as well as Enric Batlle, who made a guided tour around the exhibition and answered the visitor’s questions.

The exhibition “Gavà inside the Green Metropolis” is part of the municipal campaign “Gavà, Naturally”, a project that aims to highlight the reality and diversity of a city model based on urban, economic and social sustainability and, at the same time, express itself on the territory.
At the exhibition, which you can visit until February 28th at the exhibition hall of the Josep Soler Vidal’s Library in Gavà, you’ll find a wide variety of projects and actions carried out in the recent years, besides tools and proposals to meet these metropolitan challenges.
